ATTENTION CARRIERS PLEASE BE AWARE: THERE IS A PROJECT THAT WILL BE STARTING IN APRIL 2025 AND CONTINUE THROUGH CONSTRUCTION SEASON ON ROUTE US-183.THE RESTRICTION WILL BE FROM MILLER, JCT. US183/NE40 TO ANSLEY, JCT. NE2/US183. THIS RESTRICTION WILL BE A 10-FOOT-WIDE RESTRICTION.
THE PERMITS OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, APRIL 25TH IN OBSERVANCE OF ARBOR DAY. PERMITS THAT ARE NOT ISSUED PRIOR TO THURSDAY, APRIL 24TH, AT 4:30 PM WILL BE ISSUED IN THE ORDER THEY WERE RECEIVED ON MONDAY, APRIL 28TH.
Permit fees will not be refunded after permit is issued even if it is not used or declared void because of a violation of the terms and conditions of the permit. The accuracy of the information on a permit is the responsibility of the customer/applicant. Only certain permit types can be amended. Permits can be amended only once. The fee for an amendment is $10.00.
